"The Posticcio" farm is situated on an hill area, among the fantastic natural and historic landscapes of Lunigiana region. It offers, to its visitors, the opportunity to do many pleasant meeting, and inside of its wonderful park there are a lot of splendid plants, squirrels, deer, lama and zerasche sheeps.
Our guest can stay in the ’ Agriresidence “ Eremo of San Matteo” which is situated inside of the ancient small village of Lunigiana region, whose castle is completely restructured, it is on a little relief sheer on the Magra river, to the northern limb of the strengthened small village what is developed on an unique board road, and which still preserves the simple original system and several elements of the perimetric structures. The three flats, which are totally realized in river stones, are everyone thinly restructured and furnished according to the ancient lunigianese tradition and offer hospitality to everybody want to stay in the middle of the nature enjoying the quiet of the hills and medieval small countries. Each flat is completely independent from the other, inhabitable and can accommodate 4 people to the maximum.
All our wines are produced only by firm grapes, trying to use the most natural process to guarantee the high quality of them. Our honey is the product of about 40 beehives. The olive field extends itself for about 8 hectares for a total of about 2500 plants. The produced oil has the brand "extra virgin of olive”. The firm has disposal several kind of cattle- breeding.
